Last week we wrapped up a small展厅 project for a local manufacturing firm, and the client’s project manager pointed out a tiny detail that most might miss: every edge of the display panels had a 3mm bleed, not the 1.5mm that many teams use to save on material. That small difference, he said, made the final printed graphics look crisp and professional, no uneven edges peeking through.
When it comes to panel processing, most teams cut the raw board first then print on top—this cuts a day off the timeline but often leads to tiny alignment gaps, especially for curved displays. We do the opposite: print the full design on the board first, let the ink set for a full 24 hours, then cut. It adds time, but we’ve seen too many projects where the cheap shortcut leads to reworks, so this step is non-negotiable.
For display stands, many teams opt for low-cost MDF that warps in high humidity within a year. We use moisture-resistant plywood, and every stand goes through a 72-hour climate test in our in-house workshop before it leaves. Last month, a client who’d worked with us three years prior called to ask for a replacement stand—their original one was still perfectly straight, no warping, which is why they reached out again instead of trying a cheaper option.
Inside the展厅, electrical wiring is often an afterthought for many teams, using standard office-grade cables to save cost. We only use fire-rated wiring, route all cables in metal conduits to avoid damage, and label every single wire for easy maintenance later. A few months back, a large enterprise we’d worked with told us their office had a small electrical issue, but their展厅 wiring was untouched and fully compliant, which saved them a lot of hassle.
We have over 200 full-time designers on our team, each with at least five years of展厅 design experience, so they know how to balance visual appeal with functionality. We’ve served more than 7000 clients over the years, ranging from small local startups to large established enterprises, and every project gets the same level of attention, no matter the size. When it comes to material procurement and production, we handle all steps, and we only pay suppliers after the goods arrive and pass our quality check—so clients never have to worry about upfront costs or subpar materials.
This industry is full of pressure to deliver fast, cut corners to hit deadlines, but we’d rather take the extra time, double-check every detail, and do it right. The repeat clients, the referrals we get from past projects, that’s our best reward. We’ll keep putting in the slow, deliberate work for every展厅 we design, because the details are what make a space stand the test of time.
